  • "Letters from the Archive" email: sending communications about upcoming chapters and news. Legal basis: your consent, revocable at any time from the email itself or by writing to info@dulbe.com.
  • Collector record (bottle number, chapters acquired): maintaining the edition archive and related services. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
  • Browsing data: security and usage statistics. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.

3. Recipients

Shopify International Ltd. (commerce platform, acting as processor), payment providers, carriers and providers strictly necessary to deliver the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. International transfers

Some providers (such as Shopify) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or other valid mechanisms under the GDPR.

5. Retention
