Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

We ship to Spain and the countries of the European Union. If your country does not appear at checkout, write to info@dulbe.com.

2. Times

Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 working hours of confirmation. Estimated transit times are 24–72 working hours for mainland Spain and 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the European Union. Delivery will never exceed 30 calendar days from order confirmation.

3. Shipping costs

Exact costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking and packaging

All shipments include a tracking number, which you will receive by email. Every bottle travels protected in packaging designed to preserve it as what it is: a numbered piece.

5. Delivery incidents

Check the condition of the parcel on receipt. If it shows visible damage, note it with the carrier and let us know within 48 hours at info@dulbe.com, attaching photographs. We will handle the incident and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement within the same edition or a refund.

6. Customs

Shipments within the European Union are not subject to duties. For territories with special tax regimes, any import taxes or fees that may apply are borne by the recipient.
