2. Scope
These terms govern the purchase of products through dulbe.com by consumers, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Consumer Protection Act) and Directive 2011/83/EU.
3. The products
Each DULBE creation (a "chapter") is a numbered, limited edition whose exact quantity is publicly declared before going on sale. Once the edition is complete, the creation is permanently archived and is never produced again. This limited-edition nature does not affect the rights the law grants to consumers in any way.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Payment is made through the secure gateways available at checkout.
5. Placing an order
Confirming the reservation constitutes the order. You will receive confirmation by email. Delivery will take place within a maximum of 30 calendar days, in accordance with the shipping policy.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, as detailed in the refund policy. Legal exception: under article 103.g) of RLD 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery. Unsealed bottles are therefore excluded from withdrawal.
7. Legal warranty
All products carry the 3-year legal conformity warranty from delivery (RLD 7/2021). In the event of any lack of conformity, contact info@dulbe.com; all resulting costs will be borne by DULBE.
8. Dispute resolution
You may address any complaint to info@dulbe.com. You may also turn to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or the alternative consumer dispute resolution bodies competent in your territory.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
